This is an express class to wake up all those postural muscles with the assistance of the band to help get that deeper connection. If you don’t have one of the “Booty bands” you can use a theraband and tie it so there’s resistance when your knees are hip width apart. Want to feel more? Do this session from start to finish and repeat. Lauren x

Prep your body in preparation for running/ walking/hiking with this express warmup. This session can be used to get you run ready if repeated for a few weeks/ months or complete this and head out running afterwards if it's already in your practice. Stretch out all those stiff areas that can contribute to lower back pain and discomfort, hip tension, neck tension.

Beautiful wind down to relax at the end of the day or to set alignment and ease into your morning.

Can be helpful done before after another workout of your choice ie Hiit or Barre or even after walking, running, surfing etc
