Prep your body in preparation for running/ walking/hiking with this express warmup. This session can be used to get you run ready if repeated for a few weeks/ months or complete this and head out running afterwards if it's already in your practice. It's also just a great little workout! Need more? Complete this and then add one or two ab challenge workouts!

Get outside and get the heart rate up! Perfect way to build cardio and endurance as well upper body and lower body strength at your own pace. Guaranteed to make you sweat! Allow 30 minutes to complete this workout, wear joggers, stay hydrated and choose a flat safe place with access to a step/stairs. Don't skip the stretching!
