A targeted 20 minute alignment, deep core, shoulders and glute workout to practice once (or twice a day) on those busy days when you feel in need of a posture reset after being at the computer, parenting or if you're not feeling up to a longer class.
It will leave you feeling aligned, energised and loosen stiff areas and connected in those lazy postural areas.
