A fully guided meditation to connect with energy and luminosity.  It's 30 minutes long so we suggest you lie down if possible for this.

Kirsty is one of those hearts of gold, who just radiates love, light and positive energy. We can always do with a big splash of that right?! 

We are so grateful and so lucky that this woman walked into our lives just before Kye became a step dad to Sam. Lauren introduced Kye to Yoga and Kirsty taught him his first ever Yoga class!
